I sorta agree with the openness around periods nowadays, 50% of the world goes through them and some basic awareness is good cos I've found it incredibly lacking in both men and women (keep a bin in bathrooms, know the sanitary options,understand the basic biology behind it)
Dont really understand why it's a massive issue for transmen, they probably started them and learnt how to deal with them subtlety before any transition and there are so many ways to stop them (involves a lot of hormones but if you are actually transitioning that happens anyway)
I think its just a case of virtue-signalling to gain approval from the general public despite there being no sense in it
