I mean, I can tell you from here that there isn't any good candidate. San Martin (Our George Washington) wanted an Inca as a king, but that wasn't welcomed. He also wanted a German king, but no luck either.
We have some historical figures that were dictators, like Peron, Rosas or Videla; but they are republicans at heart, they would have shot you on sight if you said something like that.
Our only option is Spain for historical reasons. Is that or Brazil (which would be awesome)

Let's make something like dual (or triple) monarchy with the king of Spain. He would be king of Argentina, Peru and whoever else wants to join; and he would govern them as separate kingdoms.

The constitution says we are a republic, there for, any politician that goes against the republic could be consider a traitor to the nation.
That would be the argument that they would give, there is no president for this so I don't have any evidence except the interpretation of the constitution.

I can’t imagine what it would be to live like under an elected “president”. Every day is wake up thankful that I have a Queen to whom I am a loyal subject. No Matter how chucked my prime minister might be, I know that I am protected by my benevolent monarch.
