Could we not then say that Franco-Prussian reparations was the reason for Versailles which would mean in fact Bismarck is the one responsible for Hitler. He did after all instigate the war with Napoleon III and institute the first round of exorbitant reparations.

Israel and Egypt are far and away the biggest recipients of aid last I checked, foreign aid really is a very small percentage of the federal budget though, it's more about the principle of the thing
The US only gives Egypt aid to keep it from attacking Israel, so it really should be considered aid to Israel as well

I think it does have a little to do with Israel, one of the three major reasons Egypt receives aid is Israel but it's not on the level of what Jow Forumsacks make it out to be. It's not an elders of zion level conspiracy but holding dual citizenship must influence people's decisions. Here in Oz, you can't legally serve in parliament if you have dual citizenship. I'm not sure why the US allows it.
