Hey user. I'm a few years older than you, had very similar issues. Hell, those worries compounded with the daily clown world ritual are tough for any man.
Here are some suggestions that really helped me:
1. Clean up what you put in your body. Yes, it's rather cliche at this point, it's the most basic advice there is, but there will be significant improvements in your energy, etc, if you remove junk food, ciggs, weed, alcohol. Try it for a week. Then 2. No cheating, and realize that you probably haven't had a clear head in a long time.
2. Be comfortable with yourself. Take a day to do whatever you want, by yourself, no social media or outside interference. A lot of us are uncomfortable in this world because we struggle to fit in, and we neglect our own thoughts, feelings, struggles. Seriously - if you wanna spend the day eating Burger King and playing GTA - do it. If you wanna go to an amusement park - do it. Wanna go for a hike in the woods - do it. Take a day to fulfill your needs by yourself.
3. Realize that most people aren't inherently evil, and probably don't care about your fuckups because they're too busy living their own lives. Jow Forums gets us black pilled on life sometimes, but we have to step out and realize that most of us are good people.
4. Join something social. For example - a Crossfit gym (great for meeting fit girls) or a local Republican club (those are examples - because that is what i did).
Whatever you do - don't wallow in self pity, and don't expect approval from outside sources. Those are the two biggest and quickest ways to sink yourself.
