First half is right. But there's no way the report gets released unredacted the next day unless Trump does it personally. Otherwise Congress will sit on it for a while until it's not news anymore and then quietly vote to seal it for reasons of national security.
They have absolutely nothing to gain by releasing it since it exonerates Trump and quite likely exposes some of them and their Israeli connections. They're much better off leaving it redacted so their idiot followers can keep believing there's a smoking gun on Trump in there.

Mueller had broad scope but he was not investigating Trump for being a Russian colluder. That’s on you if you believe the media, they spun it that way but on quite a few occasions people, including ironically Comey, as well as Mueller’s people, have said for years that Trump did not collide with Russia.
