Recognize the signs that lead to pornography: Being hungry, being tired, being angry or sad, etc. When you experience these emotions, take a step outside of your reactive mindset, and focus on something more positive or active: get out of the house, do some meal prep for a few days' worth of food, do some jumping jacks or pushups, etc.
