You'll find that the basis of Western Occultism is the Kabbalah. It's likely though that the Kabbalah is a synthesis of Gnostic thought, neo-platonism and various emanationist ideas. It doesn't follow Jewish thought, other than a basis in hebraic terms. The Lurianic Kabbalah is more kike based. There are Christian adaptations of the Kabbalah. If you want to avoid any Hebrew basis then have a look at theosophy and anthroposophy. theosophy takes a lot from Eastern traditions, so if you want to go to the source of that have a look at the vedas, tantra (not the modern degenerate adaptation) and kriya yoga.

I've been seeing these threads on here for a while, so I decided to read the Nag Hammadi scriptures and the Corpus Hermeticum and a few related texts. This stuff isn't really that helpful -- if any of you are like me, you're probably looking for some kind of new way of thinking or something. If that's the case, you're a lot better off picking up a Carl Jung or Nietzsche anthology. These are more accessible and will give you better tools for thinking about good and evil.
