Since we're on the subject, has anyone here read "Victoria" by William Lind? It's a fiction book on a far-right 4th gen war fought in America. Ran into the guy's name while reading up on counter-insurgency strategy; he's the one who first came up with the term "Fourth Generation Warfare" and his writings are pretty influential, but when looking up his canon of works I found that he had actually published this one through Vox Day's publishing company no less.
