Either 2 Corinthians Ch 12 could be him recounting another appearance, this time in Heaven, or another person. The logical one would be John. Jesus didn't come down, but a person was brought up, and told what not to say, or write down. This has happened in Daniel and Revelations as well, off the top of my head, but those were visions on earth, my point being all we know is that a person was told what not to write or even say of that account in Corinthians.
