He was nothing but an over-glorified LARPer. He didn't actually draw on Germany's long and proud history to invoke national pride and unity, he tried to create a whole new culture entirely. He tried making a Roman-esque civilization with all the fancy architecture and costumes but it just simply wasn't German. They were genocided and it happened all over Eastern Europe. Here in Romania there's real evidence for that. My grandfather was in the army fighting alongside the Germans and he told me first hand stories. Lots of Jews were hunted down in the streets, rounded up, shot. Maybe not exactly as the romanticized Hollywood story of the Holohaux, but truly horrible things happened to many regular Jews that had nothing to do with the elite.

If you check European history or more specific Christian history they always persecuted and restricted the Jews, some kings denied them citizenship others the ability to buy property things like that, Hitler saw that and decided to finish all those nomadic tribes including other minority tribes that you don't even know of their existence, it was something exclusive to Communism and Nazis not Fascism both Franco and Mussolini gave zero fucks about rounding up people based on them pertaining to a religion.
