Film some cool videos with it and, hopefully, use some of technology later on. Armata still have 3 man crew, it's 125mm gun can and will be fitted into T-90, it's turrent have very light protection, so modern APC's most likely capable of damaging it. So, what's the fucking point of this kind of "next generation mbt". Soviets had plans for 2 man crews, good turret protection and and a gun, that can destroy anything that West can offer in coming years. That what you can call new generation.
Hmm. What would your best idea be to do in a situation like this?

God bless Trump and God bless ISRAEL.

i think the armatas turret is similar to this under the angled metal superstructure, a box like structure housing the gun and autoloading mechanism with the sensors attached to it.
>irrelevant shithole Everywhere is irrelevant and yet I still want to know because it's a happening. I know the rebels in the Blue Nile region are based, and so is South Sudan, but is the TMC good?
Bentley Rivera
>auto-loader for what fucking purpose

Ok, imagine a bigger somalia that is on the cusp of becoming a total failure like real somalia or transitioning away from that and becoming a generic corrupt african democracy
> This order keeps getting delayed No. Automatic loading allows the use of projectiles of great power, for example, high-explosive projectiles have a mass of only a throwable charge of about 25 kilograms.
Nicholas Nelson
I been telling y'all, "ISIS" is a cover for any nation-state "sensitive" military action these days
Benjamin Perry
South Sudan is a traditionalist Catholic state fighting for justice against the evils of Islam and paganism.
It's a civil war ravaged shithole that will never be better than current day Libya, though Christians being separate from Muslim majority country is positive in it's own right. Just don't think it was intentional by the West.

It's a tank killer. With active and passive defense systems, it can stop tank shells and ATGMs before they hit or do any damage. It can also deal a good deal of damage itself with advanced sensors and sights plus guided projectiles. Granted, 152 mm would be better because tank armor is getting too good for 125mm but guided AP or guided missile rounds that a 125mm cannon can fire are still good. Even if an APC can damage that turret, it wouldn't matter too much. That's why the turret doesn't have much armor, because the T14 shouldn't be letting a target like an APC fire on it to begin with and because turret damage only stops it from firing, crew and movement aren't affected. By all means the T14 design is the future since it's the only design philosophy that preserves the lives of tank crews and creates a well defended and powerful platform without adding massive weight. Too bad they rolled it out too quickly because they wanted to show it off, so it'll take a while for the thing to be completely tested and finalized. Also too bad that these advanced designs had to delay procurement because of oil prices in 2014 and the economic downturn.

>Why is Russia propping up Sudan’s Bashir? These projections are so tiresome. Russia and China today are only in the business of business, they don't care so much about regimes or clients. They can do business with anyone, China has gone on to support South Sudan without blinking. Syria was a bit of an aberration, because of the presence of a Russian military base.

nonsense.

>For decades, Russia and Sudan have maintained a strong economic and politically strategic partnership.
>Russia strongly supports Sudan's territorial integrity and opposes the creation of an independent Darfurian state. Also, Russia is Sudan's strongest investment partner (in Europe) and political ally in Europe, and Russia has repeatedly and significantly regarded Sudan as an important global ally in the African continent. For decades there have been Sudanese college students studying in Russian universities.

I'd argue that Russia is in the business of power and influence, rather then just for moneys sake The difference is that they (like the Chinese) don't give a shit about ideology anmore (that is, they don't pretend to)
