Eh, not a concern for me. Im tested clean thus far and typically go for (legal) younger girls with less risk. Worst case I can afford treatment

You're question "are picking up randoms with it" suggests you're asking "should I try and pick up random girls in an effort to make one of them my girlfriend"?

Me personally, I define randoms as girls to fuck. If I want sex, then I "pick up randoms" in the evening at clubs because to me, they're just that. Random girls. If I fail at that, I either hire an escort that weekend, message girls on dating apps/sites to see if they're down to fuck or jack off myself. Because "random girls" to me are just that, they're just for sex and for me to get off.

Now if I want a girlfriend, that's different. I make an effort to look for someone who I am interested in. I don't try and pick anyone up randomly. I take my time on dating sites and apps, join clubs and do hobbies where I can potentially meet women with similar interests and who I get on with.

So if you want a girlfriend, consider what kind of girlfriend you're looking for. Do you want to have similar interests? Look for them in where your interests lie. Do you want someone with a similar/particular personality? Look for them on dating sites tailored to match people based on this

So think to yourself, what am I looking for in a girlfriend? And where would I find this person?

I was in your position too. You would benefit from making friends. Not loads of friends or anything, but atleast one.

What are your hobbies/interests?

Me as an example, people laugh at me but I'm into Warhammer. I enjoy the hobby, so I go to the shop and buy stuff. Join the club and I met my friend there. I then met his friends, and we hangout.

Also, another thing I tried, because I'm quite shy. I went on the meetup app and I joined an introverts club. I was really, really nervous before I went, but I had a good time because we were all in the same boat. I.e. being nervous and lacking social skills
All of this improved my confidence.

And i am not afraid of being rejected so i think i am confident of myself. I am introverted too also very quiet and lack of social skills. My interest is making money and sport
