Personal experience. I used to go to San Fran for nightlife. When I first started going as a young person, I was bluepilled and bought the whole 'They're just like us but love different people' narrative. Personal experienced changed all of that. Lots of gay people would hit on me and talk to me (and I wasn't even at gay events or venues.) I was kind of alternative, so they just assumed I was either gay or shared all their beliefs and didn't hold anything back. A few of the things I experienced:
