The evidence provided in the SCR is mostly NYT and WaPo articles with a couple of the "insider" novels written by non-insiders. Basically, all the bullshit the media was pushing from "anonymous sources" was treated as fact to the point where the article was viewed as confirmation of authenticity.

Just more Trump attempts to sabotage any investigation. Youtube summarized it for me.

Everything that Journalists and leftist are latching onto as "damning for Trump" are excerpts provided as hearsay and are not admissible as primary evidence. And as such wouldn't have any prosecutorial merit. So no charges were recommended. Blah blah blah, Congress can initiate impeachment whenever they want, but without a crime to proceed under it's political suicide for everyone involved.

Cue vigorous goalpost moving away from "collusion" and towards "obstruction" instead.

So what does this mean? It means that he "Mueller Probe didn't even look into the issue at all and only existed to provide evidence against Trump. All exculpatory facts were excluded.
Furthermore, it is not the job of a prosecutor to "exonerate" anyone. They either have evidence for a charge or they don't. The whole thing was a political hitjob
