It depends on the goal of the conflict and what the rules of engagement are.
China's huge population is also it's biggest weakness. Targeting the support structure of that population would create huge issues for China. While the military forces will be able to take what they need to try and hold out against a foe they can't beat hundreds of millions will die due to a lack of food and water.
B2s dropping cluster bombs on electrical substations will destroy the electric grid in a single night. Now you don't have refrigeration to keep food fresh. In that same opening attack you also hit the oil refineries. Now they have a limited and shrinking fuel supply.
Already you have set the path for total destruction of the Chinese in a few hours.
