Not to mention it negatively effects your nervous system, making you dependent on weed to get any sense of bliss or epiphanies while sober.
It also affects how you experience REM sleep so frequency of lucid dreams decreases dramatically.
I was dabbing, vaping, smoking weed for over ten years. I've spent 20,000$+ on weed in my lifetime. Quitting was the best choice I ever made.
Put the reefer down, clear your mind. Start practicing meditation and sobriety.
If you need to, mushrooms or DMT are okay on rare occasions but don't abuse them.

Couldnt agree more. I am in a process of quitting not only weed, but also Alcohol. Alcohol has been the worst thing ever to happen to me, but to pursue *something new* its necessary to quit weed too as it not only hinders any progress, it stops it alltogether, and thats it. Pursuing something new for ya life doesnt work if you replace it with weed.

Yeah I quit alcohol too after I realized I had a problem.
It's not good to have an emotional escape route, something that numbs the negative feelings.
Because it's those feelings we perceive as negative that are actually the most helpful, they push us to do better for ourselves.
at first it's tough but after you clear your body and mind you never want to go back to weed/alcohol. The mental clarity and physical well being of sobriety is much more fulfilling and effective.

It lowers your IQ, especially if you use it while your brain is still developing. Plus alcohol only affects the person drinking it, you can guzzle it down in a house full of people and no one will care. Smoking weed stinks up your whole apartment floor or you neighbors yards.

I have a medicine that somewhat numbs the negative feelings but at the time being i would only be paralyzed by those feelings, if i felt them. Barking drunken at your only friends being gays + other bad behavior effectively alienating them (or myself, actually) is not a nice hangover to wakeup to, and i believe u its something you never want to return back to. Shit my lifes a mess on all zones, has been for long, and all due to weed+alcohol abuse.

It should be legal, the shit does make you lazy and weak minded but that’s just my experience I’m not gonna tell someone else who can balance getting high and living their life what to do just because I personally turn into a lazy nigger who plays video games 8 hours a day.

What you guys relation with potheads? In my entire life I've known about 9 people who smoked weed and of which 8 of them were stoned all day long and your walking stereotype of a weed smoker. Meanwhile of the current 80ish people I closely(?) know about only 10 of them do NOT drink alcohol and only 1 had history of drinking abuse.
Boggles my mind all the time thinking about it because technically alcohol is more of a physically addictive drug than THC/Weed should ever be yet there seems to be a bigger pattern of abuse with weed smoker.

I know a lot of people who have ruined themselves with weed. So it's not like it is harmless, desu~. You get stuck on it, and then you can lose years of your life.

On the other hand, I myself smoke maybe once every few months or less. And weed really has had a positive impact on me. Like, it makes me feel my own repressed emotions, and think about deep thoughts. Also, it makes music sound really beautiful, I feel like I can dive into it like an ocean.
I can wholeheartedly say, that weed very much improved my life. Without it, I would not be the person I am now, I would be someone who has a much smaller appreciation for life.

The last time I smoked it was over a month ago, and it helped me figure out how to deal with my relationship.

So, only because something is dangerous - even really dangerous - does not mean it can't be very positive if used responsibly.

This. Just like with anything else, moderation is key. Smoking weed or doing a moderate amount of edibles once in a while when you have nothing else planned that day is almost always a pleasant experience. Ever gotten high on a beach? Ever been high listening to your favorite music? It's beautiful. In the same way, I enjoy a nice buzz drinking Bailey's next to a fireplace on a winter night. Moderation.
