Is it just me or is there literally no retarded black people. Now I know that most of them are lazy fucking morons, but I feel like there is literally no actual black retards. My theory is that during slavery years we simply exterminated the black retards and therefore there is no longer any more of them. (which is kind of sad cause I would love to see a black retard.) If you use 70 IQ and below as a defining line of "retardation", this is most of blacks. However, if you mean "officially" retarded, keep in mind that conditions like autism and down syndrome only affect a minority of a population. Blacks are also huge supporters of abortion, so keep in mind that statistically an officially retarded black will be rare just based on that.
