I'm 22, uni can be worth it but I can't really comment on how useful it is till I get into the job market and see how the degree helps me aquire a decent career.

Theres many people who would love to help you find your path to God. Pick up a copy of the new testament and get involved with your community (the old testament is a little heavier and can come later) I guarantee it'll help you feel better.

Exercise
Eat clean
Work (be realistic; if you don't have power or influence, it's sensible to work predominantly for yourself until you do)
