How it all began

Rothschild's daughter, Miriam, who was also a gifted scientist later played a key role with the Society too. Sadly, Rothschild died in 1923, and did not see the fruits of his work, but his vision was the birth of a nationwide movement, and his legacy lives on today.

The government has to lay out massive amounts of infrastructure to give these people access to water, electricity, roads, plumbing, etc. All of that shit combined has a waaaaaaaaay worse effect on the environment than a compact city that requires LESS car usage and where infrastructure is much more efficient and cheap.
