Rural Serbia is very patriarchal. Vojvodina is much more western in mentality. In Belgrade (I live in Novi Beograd), you get a lot of degenerates. Villagers who come here are basicaly a meme. slovenians genetic mixture is very different from town to town, some have very germanic some very slavic, some have quite a lot of dinaric some almost none, there is also good portion of romanic dna mixture (from italians) so you cant say for sure. but ethnicallly clean slovenes sure do behave much better than all the balkans. also slovenia would be pretty good state without migrants and if we didnt have to subsidize half the balkans for 50 years in yugoslavia.
