If I'm in pain some strains turn the pain into a wonderful numbness and I can do superhuman stuff at work like I do all the time.
I don't smoke at work, that's a personal thing, but if I wasn't smoking a bit of pot I'd be taking something else to perform the way I do.
And the way I perform depends on my mood, which weed improves. I don't need to smoke it on the clock because just the smell of it puts me in my happy place. Someone's usually smoking it, and the smell motivates me to get work done and get it done right so I can go home and smoke some myself.
