Yes, we did. It wasn't until the end of war that large numbers of British troops were able to join. We had 10,000 Provincial regulars, 4,000 militia members, and up to 15,000 natives. This doesn't include units like the Provincial Marine which got absorbed into the British units.
In comparison, the British army only had 5,200 men at the start of the war. We were British at the time, it was our war. You twats can stop shitposting about how we weren't involved because Canada didn't exist at the time to hide your insecurity and the fact you got BTFOed by leafs.

The aptitude test? It's basically an IQ test, trying to figure out if you're at least intelligent enough to do basic jobs. Some of the indigenous population wouldn't be able to get in otherwise so they just made it optional for them.
