My best guess, OP, is that this is a generational thing. Guys 30 and older are highly unlikely to sympathize with nazis or jewish hatred. However, many 30+ year old guys still want an ethnically homogeneous population, meaning majority white.

That's going to be a no from me, friend. Given the current state of affairs, people like you and I remaining diffuse is preferable to our being organized. For one thing, any such organization would promptly be smeared, and anyone associated would lose all or nearly all social standing and influence they might have.
It's not obvious what durable advantage there is to be gained through organizing while mainstream perception remains that only bigots would be involved in such a thing. It would be trivially easy to discredit and dismiss such a group as a hate-group. Unconnected individuals who privately present reasonable arguments to those who already know them not to be nazis? Somewhat harder (although these asshats are doing the best they can to make that untenable too).

Still, I believe we are coming to a point where we may have to organize. The alternative is to be threatened with physical violence. White south africans are experiencing a much more extreme version of this, but I could still see it being played out with hispanics flooding into the country.
Diffused individuals could make arguments to people, face to face in a quiet manner and begin to organize that way. I would not recommend organizing in an area like south Texas or southern California for obvious reasons, but in a rural area like Montana, Iowa, or Kentucky I don't see much risk.
I think an innocuous program to encourage whites to emigrate from south africa or even a program to encourage those demoralized by a brexit betrayal to emigrate from Great Britain into the USA would help our demographics.
Another innocuous program to strongly discourage whites from using birth control pills could also assist. When I look at a Mormon area like Utah I can see possibilities for organizing that do not make us look bad, in which we don't have to be explicit, but where it's obvious enough to any white person with common sense what we're getting at. Hell, even white hispanics for the most part would be sympathetic.
