I work with one of these weirdos. They have a high tolerance for self-inflicted suffering. Stupid things happen to them all the time due to their inattention to anything important, their failure to take lessons from their own experiences and full lack of situational awareness. They think that all that shit just happens, and because they didn't specifically intend that outcome, it's okay to unload the burden of dealing with it on others.
