It's a more ethical way of elimimating undesirables according to my friend with a doctorate in Social Justice, Political Justice and Sociology. The government probably already does it a lot given that such studies led to the ADL creating the Pyramid of Hate, which describes all this in great detail based on unimpeachable studies.
