2. This looks like it is voting on adding things to the charter of the global greens. Looks to me like it's about improving transparency of existing multilateral organisations, making them more accountable to democracy. Sounds pretty good to me. Has nothing to do with a "Global Govenment".

This is a separate thing to the video posted above. Again, read the section in the charter linked above, starts on page 9. The part being discussed is 1.13, at the end of the section.
It has nothing to do with establishing a Global Government, i'm sorry but you're being disingenuous by claiming this is supporting a "Global Government".
That being said, in your second vid Bob clearly wants to expand on multilateral organisations such as the UN, and wants Aus to be a greater part of that.
I'm not against multilateral orgs, and anything that increases international co-operation is generally a good thing. Where it starts getting wonky is when we are giving up sovereignty to unaccountable foreign organisations. Based on this video, there is only a vague expression of wanting greater participation in a global org. Not really anything troubling desu.
