- if invited to hang out with some new good and clean people then don't hesitate , your future gf/wife might be there waiting for you !

Good advice for a memeflag. I would add make eye contact, don't reveal your power level, be witty and make a few jokes (they love this shit and are almost as easily amused/entertained as children), try to make her feel special (but don't tip your hand, the thrill is in the hunt and Chase) but really the main thing is to relax and have fun. Friends are a great place to start because you can practice on fatties or uggos and build your confidence.
Start lifting, bro. Doesn't take much knowledge to do free weights or pushups, try to do 200 reps per day, break up into smaller sets if need be, give your body a day to rest (you'll prob need it anyway) and throw some situps in there too. Not difficult, just need to commit.
