Part of why I'm starting a small business is that there doesn't seem to be a business that has the backbone to stand their ground and provide a workplace where cisgendered people can feel free from annual sensitivity training seminars for a class of people who are not known to have a biological necessity for their lifestyle.
The public perceives the whole world is "turning into a transgendered safezone" when really it's just a lack of conviction from the business owners to stand their ground. The only way to change things is if we do it ourselves.
