I see this in my family, literally my father's family are bankers whose only purpose in life is to generate money. What is the reason? To have more money. There are others with construction companies, it is the same story only that happens to take all those around you.
My mother's family on the other hand, is much more humble, simpler, they enjoy simply sitting down and drinking mate and talking about how it was the day. They are also of humble origin, I suppose that makes them better people. Fuck I will never identify with the Jewish side of the family
