I do celebrate those holidays when I'm near family, just because it's a nice family tradition.
I don't study any Jewish texts. I read passages from the Torah/Old Testament when I was a kid, but I don't really see any value in the religion, which is actually a little painful to say. But I honestly find more value in a number of the other religions I've studied, most notably Buddhism and Quakerism. Still, Jewish history and tradition are important to me for purely familial reasons. But if someone asked if I was Jewish I'd say I'm "half Jewish." If they asked if I was religious, I'd say no. If they asked what I believed, I might say I'm kind of a Buddhist, and for most religious Jews that would totally burn that bridge. But whatever.
Ethnically honestly my Jewish side is pretty purely Slavic in features. We look very Russian. I do have a thing for Indian girls, but I also have a thing for Celtic redheads. I don't really care which I wind up with.
