I don't get the point of a bunker. A civilian bunker that is. Avoiding fallout can be done by a simple root cellar or other Earth buried strong structure. It's not designed to protect you from bandits etc but they all insist that they will use it to protect them from bandits. You literally are stuck in a box with few paths going in available for oxygen. Your fucked. Build a remote farm, fence it, work on static defense, monitoring, weapons and camouflage but don't hide in a fucking hole unless it's after a nuclear blast.

Beyond that, my fitness isn't bad, but I'm not going to be spec-ops tier commando. But since I have guns, I should have the edge over the average spic and nigger who thinks my daughter is cute and my car looks useful. I see nothing wrong with having the odds tipped in your favor a little bit, even if you're hopelessly out of shape.
