What are your thoughts on the Iranian Revolution?

Was it justified? Who do you think was in the wrong?

Proof that fundies can't be trusted during a revolution; let them eat bullets then cut their head off or else they'll do that to you

Were they really in the wrong though? Iran had been under the control of foreign powers for decades up to that point. After the treatment of Mohammad Mosaddegh could you really blame the extreme reaction of the Iranian people?

Absolutely justified. You can hate Islam, but ousting the Shah and the upper class the way they did was what needed to be done. To all the "Persians" in America whose parents fled in 79' and continue to curse the Islamic Republic or Iran, I'd tell you to go eat dicks, but your faggot asses have been getting pozz'd in LA. for 30+ years.

I used to actually buy into the shit about the Lebanese Christians and secular Iranians being great people back in the day before their civil wars and revolutions, but you guys were greedy uppity niggers who deserve to be diaspora. You're 10x worse than the Muslims that kicked you out.
