There is a monopoly on jobs. If all employers do this, then employees have no alternatives. The job market itself is fucked because all of the positions are redundant anyway. Modern jobs are a socialist's handout that usually goes to niggers for diversity. For this reason no value is added by these employees. Allowing niggers into the workplace has driven down wages. It takes a nigger twice as long to perform a task as a white worker. Now imagine a group of niggers working on a project together. They clown around at meetings, send egotistical messages asking what do they do and blaming others, and don't accomplish anything. They need to work longer hours to finish by the deadline. White people do their part but they have to pick up the pieces of the whole project when niggers drop the ball. I've seen it happen time and time again. I know its a general question. What I said applies to everyone who complains about this. I'm on my 10th job in 6 years. Guess what? I don't particularly care about my employer, so when they do something I don't like, or the job isn't satisfying what I need, I just leave. When I was unemployed (in between jobs is a better descriptor) I applied to probably at least a dozen companies, if not more. I also had a pretty good feeling of when I needed to move on, so I started applying months before I quit. I never waited to get fucked over irreparably first.

Working to work for the money is a meme. Work to hone skills that will accomplish your life goals, bonus if those skills are actually useful and in demand. I wanted to eventually build my own house, so I did started off residential framing, and now I'm trying to break into heavy equipment so I can excavate the hole myself. At the end of it all, I'll be able to dig the hole, survey the elevations, build the form and pour the concrete, and layout/frame the entire house almost by myself.
