This woman I know and live next to keeps leaving the nastiest hints about the things I fear the most, so she knows I like animals so she leaves and drops hints about animal torture, all the time.
Why is she trying to make me hurt/fearful?

I have but its there is HEAPS of evidence, its real, its beyong evidence its like her blatantly doing it to my face etc too but thankyou very good suggestion.

Ok over a period of time lots of hints about the tings i fear, consistently, it happens no where else with no other people thats the logical evidence, and they even dropped teh act for a bit

Write down exactly what you believe is happening and sit on the list for a few weeks. Also write down why it might not be true. In a month or two you might realize it was delusional. Depression and anxiety can both cause paranoid delusions so you don't have to worry about schizophrenia necessarily but you should look for a therapist to talk it out with
Its definitely not paranoia, have you ever not done something passive aggressive or similar before it happens all the time in human behavior esp with cowards , if you dont think it does you are not being accurate, I know because the evidence is overwhelming but I can see why u think im paranoid , but please answer as if that were ruled out because ive already eliminated paranoia as an option, its obvious honestly the evidence is high after a long time of it happening, ive even had direct communications about it, some have admitted to doing it and so on
she gets other people to join in on hurting me etc
Anyway I gues sthe reason is real estate in my mind so they can get anotehr chance at manipulation and hopefully get something they want from me, so I just have to ignore it not respond and defy what they want no matter what they do, thats the end of it, move out if i have to
