Aside from the fact that we actually could, that misses the point and isn't necessary. It isn't about purity and NOT ONE DROP of non-Euro blood. That's not how humanity works. The idea is to have a population where everyone sees everyone else as the ingroup, more or less, and there aren't clear populations of visible minorities. Keep all the mulattoes and mutts you want, they'll be lost in the great genetic mass in a generation or two and any decent genes they had may benefit the whole in time.
