Detroit is not totally a meme but there are livable parts of it and plenty of huwhite enclaves in the vicinity. Unironically the best big city for commuting with an excellent highway system designed for double the population.

Road conditions. Winter weather. Summer weather. The people are all either hard leftists, Boomers, niggers, or empty-headed Christfags. Property taxes are laughably high. Car insurance is a fucking scam here.
It has some redeeming qualities, but it’s generally shit. Don’t listen to the natives because they’re all delusional to the point of believing that Michigan is the greatest state in the Union.

That is a very michigan thing to do. Be prepared for people constantly driving with brights on. If you are driving in Det-riot, the trick is to use the cruise control and stay in the blind spot of the car in front of you.

i got a job, thats all settled, girlfriend got a full ride to her college so shes gonna cash out her 30k MET scholarship and we are going to put a down payment on a home.

I live in Macomb county but I don't plan on staying here forever. Michigan is very segregated but its been getting worse and worse over the years. I wouldn't want to send my children when I have them to a school in Macomb county because it grounds together the segregated neighborhoods and you end up with a bunch of niggers running around.
