I guide people who want to solve a personal problem or work with professionals that have a certain goal they want to achieve. I need to do an ayahuasca trip for 12 to 72hrs in order to be shown the appropriate plant mixture I need to brew for the given individuals.
I have worked with surgeons that want to go under ayahuacsa to find a way to perform an operation or engineers that want to solve a problem elegantly, writers that want to write books, etc.

in the case of the surgeon, I was shown the plants and had visions of how to prepare the brew, when to add the given ingredients, etc.
I was sitting in the middle of the jungle and watched as some entity showed me how to make the brew. Shit worked great, in the case of the surgeon he found a way to perform a very delicate operation in a way he never thought about. Guy created a new procedure, had it published, it is now standard practice.
