Then population stops growing because having children won't be economically efficient since they will die of hunger. The human race will only grow until our resources allow it and with technology we can get more productivity that allows us to to expand our population.

We have too many goddamn people. Ideally the shitskin population should decrease to zero, hopefully we can hand out a lot of condoms and incentives to shitskins to not breed.
