They decided designate specific colors to parties across all channels. Easy to understand easy to root for, there in lies the problem. People began treating them like football teams, only winning mattered. Everyone always kept their views private before, to ensure they couldn't be manipulated. Now it was a point of pride, it meant you were good and they were bad. Modern day politicians talk like their speeches came from smack down. They don't try to convince anyone they just call people out so they can step in the ring for a bit go to a bar together and come back the next day.
