Does teeth whitening actually work?

brush your teeth more and the side teeth too
the center ones are just slightly too yellow

white people are disgusting. daily reminder thdy caused the bubonic plague

yea, why wouldn't it work?

because i desperately need it and usually things don't work out in my life

your teeth will stain again in some months if you don't change your dental hygiene habits

I know that feel, just chose a recommended dentist

my problem is thin enamel, not staining

Teeth are naturally supposed to have a slight yellow tint to them. Believing that they are meant to be white is propaganda by Hollywood and insurance companies.

My teeth are pretty crooked a bit yellow and puffy gums, plus I need a lot of cavities filled and a tooth pulled. But that shit is so fucking expensive. Soooo expensive.

It does but it is expensive, you are looking at a couple of hundred euros.
Teeth whitening can make your teeth look too white though and it can damage your teeth.
I get my teeth cleaned by a hygienist every 3 months and they look very white afterwards.

My biggest problem is tea stains.

No it just destroys your enamel causing your teeth to deteriorate faster than normal

I've got the teeth whitening tray things and yeah they do work really well. Two things to keep in mind, they are pretty expensive, and they can aggravate you gums. I've got a receding gumline so that's especially bad for people like me

It's expensive but ignoring it not only threatens the health of your teeth but also threatens your entire body. You wouldn't believe how many things are connected to oral health. Research suggests it can contribute to diabetes and heart attacks, and recently they discovered a solid link between toxins produced by oral bacteria and dementia, and if a tooth gets infected and you ignore it it can literally kill you with sepsis.

Treat it now before it gets worse. This shit is important.

I would also like to add that it's cheaper to get it treated now than end up in a hospital for emergency surgery.

It's possible your teeth are just yellow.
When I was a little kid, a stupid doctor gave me a certain antibiotic that caused my adult teeth to develop as a popcorn yellow color.
No amount of whitening would ever get my teeth white because my teeth were literally the color yellow.

I know I know but then its so much time off from work at least 4 days and it wont be all back to back and at least $1k

Yeah, but a single root canal procedure is at least $1K, not including the cost of any other treatment. You need to get it dealt with before it reaches that point.

I know it sucks and healthcare can be really shit but your health is literally the most important thing in your life.

Your teeth are yellow because your enamel is so fucked the orange dentin beneath the enamel is becoming more and more visible. If you use whitening methods (which are acidic to melt away stains) you will destroy what little enamel you have left.

Just save up and buy veneers.

Yes but it damages enamel
Not only are you a fucking moron racist you don’t know history.
Then don’t get whitening

I use this mouthwash and it works surprisingly well after a while of regular use.
