I'm literally addicted to porn. It has seriously fucked my relationship and personal growth to an extreme degree. I worry is causing hair loss with me (though I have no clue if it is or not), and its killed my desire to really improve in anything. I jack off when I'm bored, when I want to forget things, when I don't want to think about stressful things I need to do. And it lasts for hours, and its the majority of days out of the week too. I've put off social events, work events, dates, etc all to sit home and waste my life on porn.
I'm also pretty sure I've actually injured my dick before, nearly permanently from it.
