You're right, most of the workers here are beaned as well but mostly the basic jobs, janitors, fastfood workers, landscapers, etc. The higher income neighborhoods like mine are mostly old boomers, rich whites starting new families, and rich Asians. But slowly it's going to get worse. I talk to boomers saying 50 years ago there weren't any Hispanics in this neighborhood and even whites and japs dominated the landscaping. That's like insane to hear that and now see only beans building all the houses and mowing the lawns.
