Police generally don't give a shit. You won't be charged for fighting back, just like they won't be charged for stealing, assaulting and being disorderly.
One caveat: you WILL be charged if police catch you in the act, unlike the niggers. This is one of the most liberal states off the coasts. In fact, it's THE most liberal state. The only state that didn't vote for Reagan during his reelection.

Minnesota guy here. Couple years ago I was walking downtown minneapolis with a few friends around 12AM-1AM and my friend almost got his wallet pickpocketed off him. Had his guard down since he was a little sheltered and out of state. Other friend was from Detroit and knew what was up.

The info you have is too close to "racial profiling" and that can get a racial complaint added to the officer's folder. Enough of those and the officer can be delayed in promotions. The NAACP knows that and that's why they and other black lawyer activists file discrimination complaints as often as they can.
It creates pressure on the officers to not go after blacks unless it is a totally guaranteed sure thing. While investigations can pan out, they are too risky to the cop's career record. It's safer for the cop's career to go after white suspects instead.
