I've gotten abs before when I worked construction. My body fat levels were very low and I was exerting myself for probably 25 hours a week. My girlfriend noticed. Started touching my arms. Staring at me.

Being fat or even just overweight lowers your attractiveness so fucking much. If you can obtain low body fat while still keeping some muscle you will gain the attention of the majority of the opposite sex.
its hard to quantify overall, but if you aren't already getting fit is hands down the single best thing you can do if you want to do better with women. lifting weights doesn't cure autism but the benefits of being healthy, confident in your looks, a higher sex drive, and so on, bleed into so many different faucets of your life. obviously you are going to need to do more than just be fit and be interesting and whatnot, but really being fit is vital.
So fuckin much. I went from average to getting a fuckton of attention from most girls by going gym 3hr/ day for 6 months. They like to eye me up heaps. Im not even that fit, currently 5”11’, 175 pounds, 16% bodyfat and dropping to single digit bodyfat %. Its fkn insane how much of a difference it makes. The ball is now in my court.

Nah bro, 3 day split means 48hrs recovery time. I go either 3 or 4 day split depending on how cooked my legs are. Overtraining is meme outside of the 48 to 72 hour recovery time requirement. Ive never met anyone who trains too much. Vast majority of people dont train intense. I made big boy gainz. I was also doing 20hr/ week of cardio for most of that 6 months.
probably zoomer workout; 2/3 of the time on their phone, the rest on retarded exercises no experienced bodybuilder would recommend
it depends. if you have a good face losing fat will increase it a few points. gaining muscle and abs will increase it a couple points. max 5 points total. the rest can be made up with clout, celebrity status and money
I literally out grew my old gym in the space of 6 months, because their dumbbells maxed out at 85 pounds and their barbell at 400pounds. Changed gyms. Currently at a world class gym with better equipment and world class bodybuilders. Go project elsewhere.
okay "Gym-bruh" you can do whatever you want, however no one should expect to waste so much time for bodybuilding or fitness unless one has nothing else to do. For a good body, 3 times a week for 1-2 hours is unironically sufficient

If you are somewhat above average attractive but very fat you are a 5. You can get 1 for getting healthy BMI and 1 more for getting the optimal trained body for you (built, athletic, strongman, or just lean af).
Most will max out at 7, 8+ is genetic.
It's not like this 100% subjectivity is part of it, everyone has different tastes on people but I'd say looking healthy/being confident is definitely attractive for most women to some extent. I grew up being a shy fatty nerdy kid and for 16 years no girl really gave a shit about my existance.

literally all advice for men with women should begin with hitting the gym consistently for 3-6 months. when i first started going i noticed major differences at even just two months. biggest benefit was knowing i looked good, made me more relaxed and secured, did better with girls as a result

I would often just sperg out at the beginning. It took me quite some time getting used to any kind of attention.
Probably subjective, and it's hard to give yourself an objective number because tastes differ. I went from 4/10 to 6/10. Maybe 7 or 8 if I put in some effort with hair styling, dropping the glasses, etc.
