I work for a medium size commercial construction company. Its an ESOP that was recently converted after being privately owned since inception. We have a superintendent, who is not very good and is ALWAYS just on the verge of being let go, who just found out that his wife has serious cancer. Brain, bone, liver, lung, it's eaten holes in bones cancer. She clearly doesnt have the rest of the year. So instead of laying this guy off - hes not working and we dont even have a project for him to be on right now, my dickhead boss is bending over backwards to find money to keep this guy afloat during his time. My boss is just a general dickhead but even he has enough of a heart to try to help someone going through a tough time. And this is the guys wife not his toddler.... I agree its not the employers RESPONSIBILITY to assist in this situation but they certainly should try. That said, once niggers see the govt giving whitey 100 sick days theyre going to suddenly have 8 children with cancer. Fucking niggers ruin everything
