Nothing. We now have a massive bloc of people in the parliament who will push an agenda that has been neglected. They went from zero to being a major party. It was nice to fantasise about an instant victory, and perhaps useful psychologically, but now we have to continue the real life struggle. And this is a great next step in the process, of which the Andalucian election was the beginning. Next will come local and European elections, so we can build on this even more.

The Basque Country sets and collects its own taxes. With those taxes the Basque Country pays all of its competencies (education, healthcare, etc.), and then pays some money to the central gov for central competencies (defense, etc.) and some more for "solidarity tax" for other regions.
The Basque Country gets no money from the central government other than that spent on statal infrastructures like high-speed trains, as far as I know. I'm not entirely sure how that works.
