Education and social conditioning play a bigger role in whether or not someone ends up racist enough to reject a black person's resume on the basis of them being black than genetic predisposition to being afraid of different people. Are you OP? No one is forcing you to participate in society if you're dead set on playing the victim.

You have to go face-to-face with the person offering the job, and that's when you're denied on the basis of race.

There are no statistics on who gets hired for an interview and who is turned away on the basis of race. It's too invasive.

I have to go over and beyond what the typical white is capable of just to get a job that isn't physical labor, but I have crippling autism and can't even drive.

Unless you want to get into mystic nonsense like the 'collective unconscious', no, it was very much a top-down shift that promoted mixing--especially on the scale with which we see it today.
The only ones to encourage mixing to any extent were the Iberians who couldn't keep it in their pants, and even they instituted a caste system which deliberately kept the whites on top. In Brazil, mixing was encouraged not to hybridize and 'see what comes', but to "whiten" the country up. Obviously that didn't work out, but the intentions are far from what you've implied.
I also didn't bring up Jews--but on that note it doesn't take a genius to notice that they're always disproportionately involved, and massively so, in movements that destabilize white societies. For example, if Wikipedia hasn't taken it down, look up "white South African anti-apartheid activists". I counted, and at minimum 2/3 of them were confirmed Jews. Jews were never more than 1.5% of the South African voting population.

Now, "da jooz" is not a catch-all excuse for why we're in the current situation. Greedy and treacherous whites have always been complicit in actions harming their group. But to say that a tendency to mixing is something inherent to the white race as a group is flatly incorrect.

But it's there.
Brazil exists. Everyone in that nation is partially European. Almost every African-American alive today has a white ancestor due to white-male black-female race-mixing.

Mestizos in Mexico, which are European with Amerindian, come from Iberians, who are white peoples.

The strongest members of the white race are race-mixers. They love the world so much that they want to create something new inside of it.

These are the same people in the courtrooms, supreme court, high courts, etc.

This is all just an extension of European colonialism which has its roots in European prenatal estrogen which creates desire by extending love for others and bleeding it into the world in and of itself. It all came from women, and so it rubbed onto the men.

You can't handle your emotions because they're too strong. You can't observe others because you can't really see outside of your head because the part of you that pays attention to your surroundings is drowned out by your own thoughts.

$40k is not an unreasonable amount for an education (that is, in total and not per year).

If your IQ is really 123, then uni shouldn't be an issue at all. But really, no intellectual pursuit should be an issue despite being autistic.

As for being scared of racism - yes people are racist, but not everybody. Even if you are at a slight disadvantage, if you are qualified, you'll be chosen.

Of course, being autistic it might be hard to nail interviews, but that's why you practice. Practice in front of mirrors, with friends, with parents, with randos on the street (making small talk), but eventually you'll get it.
I have a bit of a stutter and a bit of social anxiety, so I prepare for pretty much every event like this. I'll think of likely topics of conversation, questions that might be asked, and questions that I can ask other people, anecdotes and stories and so on, and I'll practice saying them in front of the mirror, while finding the right things to say. I've done this for interviews, parties, dates, concerts, and even for when I hang out with friends, and I recommend you do this too.

Overall, don't be so negative! Shoot your shot and you'll achieve something!

Mixed here, 131IQ, it's all in your head mate. You are the author, you established a dead end narrative for yourself. You can just as easily do the reverse, meaning when you do get rejected from a job application, which you will, which all people will, instead of trying to compute a solution to "racism" or in other words trying to control the thoughts of others, you should look to solve you desirability to the workforce eg. What skills you bring to the table etc.

Alternatively you can begin to love your narrative without becoming impotent. Meaning if you refuse to change your views you have no option to live it all out. You will seek out these racist confrontations and you will like them.

Either way everything will be fine, don't stress a out it.
