The majority of inner-city African Americans possess zero allegiance to the U.S.A. or African continent. They would, however, return to the U.S. if given the opportunity to reside within their respective (bloodline) African countries. Personally, I don't believe they would last 48 hours. Only a select minority of wealthy black individuals would consider relocating back to the ''motherland''. It's likely they would return to the 'developed world' at some point in their lives too; rendering their ''repatriation'' a long vacation rather than relocation.
