It's also true that Germany fudges their numbers. In Germany, they stopped counting crimes committed by non whites. The crimes still happen of course, but if it's committed by a non-white then it isn't considered illegal, and isn't counted. As soon as they did this, the crime rate in Germany dropped to the lowest ever recorded.
