There's no conclusive evidence that damage to the prefrontal cortex observed in the very few cannabis studies that exist isn't more related to the act of smoking than to the plant itself. None. Weed consumption is extremely scarcely researched. And even if there was evidence that supports the "weed = brain damage" claim, you're not entitled to dictating other people's mental health measures. It has to be legalized. Whether you approve of consumption or not.
